    Pricing is per conversation, shaped to inventory size and expected volume. Write in with what you rent and how many bookings a month. We reply with numbers and a map to your current stack.

    About a week of active work from kickoff. Day one the account is provisioned, by day seven you are taking real bookings and real payments. We stay close for the first week after launch.

  • 03Whose data is it?

    Yours. Customers, bookings, inventory, and records are your business data. We hold it safely and tagged only to your tenant. You can export everything as CSV at any time.

  • 04What happens if we leave?

    You get a full export of bookings, customers, inventory, and payment records. We help point the domain back where you want it. There is no lock-in, no data ransom.

  • 05Does the website run on our domain?

    Yes. Loyara serves the customer website on your domain with a valid TLS certificate and full SEO. Customers never see the word Loyara on the front.

  • 06Can it sync with our CRM?

    GoHighLevel is supported directly with two-way sync for contacts and opportunities. Other CRMs are on request. If your CRM has a decent API, we will wire it up.

  • 07How do payments and refunds work?

    Cards are charged via a PCI-DSS aggregator. Payouts land in your bank, not a platform wallet. Refunds are two clicks in the dashboard and show up in the audit log with the actor and amount.

  • 08What if something breaks?

    Support is a human. You email or message the team and we respond. Critical issues are triaged first and a post-mortem follows if anything ever affects live bookings.
